The Performing Arts Center is the focal point in a new, dynamic downtown Burnsville. Located at 12600 Nicollet Avenue, in The Heart of the City, the Center has two unique theatres, a 1000 seat Proscenium Stage and an intimate 150 seat Black Box. Both feature comfortable seating, excellent acoustics and unimpaired sight lines.

Before the performance, your evening will begin in the Center's magnificent two-story lobby, all in glass, with sweeping views of the beautiful Nicollet Commons Park, the Minnesota River Valley and the downtown Minneapolis skyline.

In addition to the theatres, the Center has an exquisite 2000 sq. ft. art gallery, several community meeting rooms, a fully equipped rehearsal room and extensive space for banquets, special events and receptions.
